Our refunds and returns policy is only valid for returns within the Republic of South Africa. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a traceable and insured shipping method.

Product Quality

We are confident that you are going to be happy with your printing! If your any reason you are not entirely satisfied please e-mail info@novelprint.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. Printing is a custom product and therefore the cooling off period of the Consumer Protection act does not apply.

Incorrect Artwork

If you have supplied your own artwork, we do check that your artwork is print-ready, however, we do not take responsibility if you have supplied artwork that is incorrect. Once the artwork proof is signed off and production lead time has started, changes cannot be made.

Novel Print does not take any responsibility for errors or oversights on artwork already signed off.

Order Cancellation

Once production lead time has started (after artwork sign off and artwork receipt), orders cannot be cancelled.

Loss and Damage in Transit

We guarantee that your order is in perfect condition when dispatched. Should this not be the case, we will help – please let us know via email info@novelprint.co.za within 24 hours of receipt.
