You are welcome to order your printing online, we do however acknowledge that the Bespoke Business Cards in our luxury range often require some back and forth – either via email or chat.

For this reason, we welcome Human Contact. Feel free to drop us an email with your requirements, ideas and any artwork you may already have. We will make recommendations and chat through the process. We furthermore encourage you to order a Luxury Business Card sample pack. There is nothing quite like holding a Luxury Business Card in your hand and deciding which state-of-the-art finishes you would like.

It all depends on what you order:

Standard Printing: 7-10 Working Days

Products: Standard Flyers, Standard Business Cards and Presentation Folders

Our Standard Printing carries a print production lead time of 7-10 working days. It is possible that your order may be delivered sooner depending on the product, day of the week you ordered and where you are situated. 

Premium Business Cards: 5-7 Working Days

Our Premium Matt Laminate and Spot UV Business Cards generally take 5-7 working days. If you are running on a particularly tight deadline please get in touch with us – we encourage miracles which often result in a shorter delivery lead time!

Luxury Business Cards: 15 Production Working Days

To encourage transparency we will tell you upfront that it is very difficult to rush anything printing in the Luxury Range of Business Cards. The Luxury Business Cards have a 15 working day lead time plus an extra 7 working days for delivery thereafter.

Our advice to clients who cannot afford to wait would be to order temporary business cards within our Standard or Premium range until your Luxury Cards are printed and ready for you. Please contact us if you would like more information.

Novel Print offers Free Delivery to any address in South Africa.
That includes free delivery to major cities like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane and Bloemfontein as well as outlying areas and small towns.

Delivery within SADC

We have an exporters code and SADC certificates of origin for delivery to Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. 

Most of our clients pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) but we also have Credit Card, Debit Card or Masterpass facilities through our secure online partner www.PayFast.co.za.

Custom printing terms are 100% payment upfront. The Print Lead Time starts the day after we have received artwork sign-off and proof of payment.
