Where are you based?
Depending on your requirements the printing will be done either in Johannesburg or Cape Town. The Johannesburg dispatch depot is in Honeydew and the admin office is run from the Western Cape. We handle all the admin by email, which makes it quick and easy – all our Standard and Premium Printing includes free courier delivery anywhere in South Africa.
How do we order?

The Best Way to order printing is to Email us your requirements:

  • Send us a list of the printed items you require including quantity required of each item.
  • Please include your Invoicing Details including Company Name and VAT No (if applicable).
  • Please stipulate your Delivery Address and Contact Person to receive your printing as well as their contact number.
  • Any Artwork you already have available – e.g. finished artwork files or any graphic elements you already have like a logo and photos etc. If you have no artwork at all, then please send details on what you would like done and we can quote you on the graphic design.


Order Printing Online:

  1. On the Product selected, click the orange “Get Started with an Order” button.
  2. The Cart page will open, click the orange “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  3. Then fill in your Invoicing Details (Billing Details), please include your VAT no (if applicable) and your Delivery Address. Tick the Terms and Conditions and again, click the orange “Place Order”.
  4. You will receive a copy of your order by email with our banking details. Please note if you order Rush Printing (anything with a blue alarm clock logo on the product photo), there will be a delivery charge depending on where you are and what you order.
  5. Please email us your artwork and/or proof of payment.
How long does it take?
It takes between 2 – 20 working days depending on what you are ordering and where you are. Our Rush Printing is more expensive but only takes 2-3 working days plus delivery time. We offer this more as a temporary solution before your cheap printing is ready. Our Cheap Printing takes 7-10 working days, except “The Works” Spot UV Business Cards which take 20 working days.
Which products qualify for Free Delivery?
We offer FREE DELIVERY on Standard and Premium Printing, which includes our Print Specials. RUSH PRINTING excludes DELIVERY, those products have a blue alarm clock logo on their product photo. The reason for this is the quick turnaround time and the actual delivery fee depends on where you are, what you need and how quickly you need your printing! Email us with your requirements and we will let you know how much the courier delivery fee is.
What type of Payments do you accept?
We offer Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ Cash Deposit/ATM Deposit into our FNB account or you can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card or Masterpass using our secure online partner PayFast. All our printing is custom so payment terms are 100% payment upfront. Production Lead Time starts the day after we have received artwork sign-off and proof of payment.
